Yoga JENGA

30 Minutes | All | Indoors

  • Wooden Jenga set
  • Pencil/Pen
  • A digital / printed copy of the yoga positions

  1. Start by writing in pencil/pen on each Jenga brick a yoga position that is listed on our sheet
  2. You can add different ones if you would prefer
  3. Stack the Jenga bricks as you normally would to play Jenga
  4. Play Jenga as you normally would, removing one brick at a time
  5. Each time you remove a brick you must perform the yoga position that is on the brick
  6. The aim of the game is to complete the most yoga moves without knocking the tower over!

  • Exercise can cause dehydration, make sure you drink plenty of water
  • Always remain aware of your surroundings and follow local COVID-19 advice, including the Hands / Face / Space / Ventilation guidance.
