  • Air inflated balloons
  • String
  • Non-adhesive tape/ chalk
  • Badminton net

  1. Blow up a few balloons with your own breath or with a balloon pump (not helium)
  2. Set the string/non-adhesive tape/net so that it is just above your head height and so that there is plenty of space either side of the line for at least one person to play in that area
  3. Using the tape or chalk, set clear boundaries for the playing area so you have equal space to play in
  4. Once the court is set-up, find someone to play with
  5. Start by hitting the balloon with your hand so that it goes over your net to the other person
  6. The other person then hits the balloon back with their hand
  7. A point is scored when the balloon hits the opposing players floor area
  8. A point can also be scored by the opposing player hitting the balloon so that it exceeds the court limits
  9. The winner is the player who scores the most points
