  • A device that can play music (mobile phone and/or speaker)
  • Water (to stay hydrated)
  • Song: Flower by Moby

  1. Get yourself in a standing position or in the press-up position
  2. Play the song
  3. Every time the song says “Bring Sally Up” you stand up or push-up
  4. Every time the song says “Bring Sally Down” you squat and hold or push down
  5. Repeat this for as long as you can or until the end of the song

  • Exercise can dehydrate you, drink plenty of water
  • Always remain aware of your surroundings and follow local COVID-19 advice, including the Hands / Face / Space / Ventilation guidance.
